PHASE:1 - DAILY ROUTINE
During these strange times I figured I should do more exercising. It bored me very quickly and reminded my of how much I miss doing an actual sport, same as being in a team. So I decided to pick up from where I left off 4 years ago, and started paying field hockey again.
I documented my Daily Routine by recording my movements and especially focusing on the sounds that make me feel nostalgic.

PHASE:2 - MORE SOUNDS
Looking back on my first week, I decided to play around with the sounds more. I try to experiment with different objects that I swap with both the ball and the stick. And again laying the focus on the sound making while editing the video.
PHASE:3 - TESTING
After doing all my sound experiments I tried to think out of the box and got the idea of making an installation. One that makes some sort of similar/equal sound and creates this sound by itself, without me touching it physically. I made several sketches and developed them into prototypes which I then tested and documented.
